Villa Paradis is a five bedroom West Indies style villa with dramatic ocean views and an infinity-edge pool. Romantic, serene and peaceful, Villa Paradis has the most beautiful views on the island. The villa hangs over the St. Jean Bay filling the house with breeze and the sound of crashing waves. A separate master suite was built in 2016 and opens to the the lush gardens and pool deck. The main house has two en-suite bedrooms (both with king size beds), an open kitchen, living area, dining room and open-air gallery deck. Two smaller bedrooms both with king size beds and en suite bathrooms are tucked below the main house. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors accessing the deck. The villa sits below a circle driveway and has space parking at least four cars. St. Jean and L’Orient, two of the most popular island beaches, are ten minutes walk from the house.

The Infinity Pool

The scenic infinity-edge pool overlooks the ocean with complete privacy. The deck is furnished with lounge chairs, an outdoor table and umbrella.

The Terrace

A 75-foot long terrace runs across the entire front of the house overlooking the St. Jean Bay and neighboring islands. On one side of the deck there is a round glass table which is an ideal spot to eat breakfast, lunch or a casual dinner. At the other end of the terrace is a hammock which is the BEST nap location on the island. This is the spot to watch planes land or the occasional sailboat and windsurfing race.

The Great Room

The open living room is breathtaking. Decorated in the rich colors of the Caribbean this space is spacious and welcoming. Double doors open to the large covered terrace highlighting the dramatic ocean views. This part of the villa is ideal for entertaining with a large dining table and multiple seating areas for guests.

The Kitchen

If you enjoy cooking in an open-air kitchen overlooking Caribbean gardens, sea and a pool, this is the kitchen for you! The fully equipped and updated kitchen has new appliances, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen opens into the living room, front terrace and has an epic view of the ocean, St. Jean beach and the airport.

Garden Master Suite

Built in 2016, this stand-alone master suite is unforgettable. The spectacular view of the ocean, garden and pool is unprecedented. The bedroom is furnished with a king size canopy bed and has ample closet space. The vaulted ceiling makes the room feel like it was built for a king and queen and is fully air-conditioned with a ceiling fan. The dual double sinks in the bathroom are adjacent to the tiled shower which overlooks the ocean.

Main House Master Bedroom

Prior to 2016, this bedroom was the master suite. Furnished with a king size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, this suite has a full bathroom with stall shower. All decorated in white and blue, the bedroom opens up to an outside private deck which is fantastic for star gazing.

Main House Bedroom #2

The second bedroom in the main house also has a king size bed, air-conditioning, a ceiling fan and full bathroom with a stall shower. The large bedroom window opens up to the pool.

Downstairs Bedrooms

The two downstairs bedrooms are extremely private. They are accessible from an outdoor stairway along the pool-side of the villa. Both are furnished with king size beds (one may be separated into twin beds), air conditioning, full bathrooms with showers.

Rates Includes 6 day-a-week maid service, Wi-Fi and Direct TV, but not the 5% island villa tax.
